The Why

The companies that win aren't the biggest or the loudest. They're the ones with a clear story, a smart strategy, and the right people in their corner.

I've spent close to two decades helping businesses figure out who they are, how to talk about it, and who they need to know. Not from a textbook. From the trenches... building brands, producing content, launching campaigns, and making introductions that changed the trajectory of the businesses I worked with.

Every engagement is different, but the throughline never changes: I help you get clear, get moving, and get connected. That's the work. Everything below is just the shape it takes.

The Work

Get clear. Get moving. Get connected.

01 / Strategy

Know the what and the who, before you spend a dollar on the how.

Most companies jump straight to tactics. Social posts, ad spend, a website refresh... without ever locking in the fundamentals.

I start there. Who are you? Who are you for? What makes you worth choosing? We answer those questions first, then build everything else on solid ground.

02 / Story

Strategy is one thing. Making people feel it is another.

I've been creating content since before "content marketing" was a phrase anyone used. Video, campaigns, creative direction, digital presence.

The goal never changes: make something that earns attention and drives action, not just fills a feed. I work hands-on from concept through execution, and when a project calls for specialized talent, I bring in trusted collaborators from my network.

03 / Connections

Sometimes the biggest unlock isn't a strategy. It's an introduction.

I've spent years cultivating real relationships across media, tech, finance, nonprofit, and civic leadership. And I pay attention to who's doing great work.

When I see a fit, I make the introduction. No referral fee, no angle. And if your business needs expertise I don't personally have, I'll tell you up front and connect you with someone who does. That's not a gap in my services... it's one of the most valuable things I offer.

04 / Fractional Leadership

Senior strategic firepower, without the full-time overhead.

Past the startup phase but not ready for a full-time CMO? That's exactly the room I work best in.

I embed with your team on a retainer basis, attend the meetings that matter, and bring the strategic perspective that keeps everything moving in the right direction... moving between strategy and execution without missing a beat.

And off the clock: Board Chair of the El Segundo Chamber of Commerce, where the last State of the City drew 430+ leaders across business, government, and education. The connections part isn't a tagline.

The Range

Range isn't a lack of focus. It's the advantage.

Solve problems in enough different rooms and you start to see the patterns and possibilities specialists miss. The playbook that worked in entertainment unlocks something in healthcare. The thing tech companies obsess over is exactly what a nonprofit needs to hear.

Every organization I've worked with was trying to do something meaningful and needed a strategic partner to get there faster. The common thread is the ambition, not the industry.
